Senior Frontend Developer – React

About the role

We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to own meaningful parts of the Phoenix and Raven patient experience across web and mobile. You’ll work with Product, Design, Growth, and Data to shape solutions from idea through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve patient flows for discovering care, completing assessments, starting treatment, and managing ongoing care.
• Play a central role in launching the next mobile experience and establish foundations for consistent web and mobile development.
• Own frontend architecture decisions from technical discovery through production.
• Write clean, well‑tested React and TypeScript code, integrating with APIs and backend services.
• Strengthen analytics and instrumentation to understand product usage.
• Partner with Growth on conversion experiments and funnel improvements.
• Raise the frontend bar through strong technical judgment, documentation, and mentorship.

Required profile

• Deep experience building consumer‑facing web applications with React.
• Track record of owning substantial features from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Experience shipping a mobile app to production (React Native a plus).
• Strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, state management, testing, and performance.
• Backend fluency to reason about APIs, data flows, and system‑level trade‑offs.
• Ability to explain technical trade‑offs clearly and make collaborative decisions.
• Commitment to accessibility, visual quality, and trustworthy product details.
