Senior Engineer II – Process Development

About the role

As a Senior Engineer II you will be part of a cross‑functional team driving process design and deployment for innovation, growth and cost‑optimization projects across multiple geographies. You will ensure the consumer experience is at the forefront of every solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and commercialization of new products and processes from concept through scale‑up to full production.
• Generate process information using modelling, simulation, pilot‑plant scale‑up and factory trials in line with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Design and specify processes, manage scale‑up, commissioning and the use of external agencies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders, influence decisions with data analysis, and create intellectual property.

Required profile

• Experience in process development or deployment within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and influence cross‑functional groups.
• Strong planning skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Capability to solve complex technical or business problems and implement solutions.
• Understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes to support specifications.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a process community.
