Senior Design Engineer (UI/React)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Design Engineer to shape the look and feel of our AI‑first fundraising platform. You will own the end‑to‑end craft of our founder‑facing product, internal tools and upcoming investor portal, delivering premium, pixel‑perfect experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production‑grade UI using Next.js and React, applying Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Own the full product lifecycle from design decisions through to shipped code, ensuring high‑quality polish.
• Develop and maintain the founder journey, internal platform, and future investor portal with a focus on premium user experience.
• Collaborate with a small, senior, flat team, moving fast and leveraging AI tooling while critically reviewing outputs.
• Contribute to design systems, motion, and data‑heavy dashboards as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production UI without hand‑off loss.
• Strong taste and opinionated sense of craft and detail.
• Ability to move quickly, iterate, and incorporate AI‑assisted workflows.
