About the Position
Join a leading provider in the dental industry as a Senior Dental Equipment Sales Specialist for the Vancouver region. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted consultant, helping dental practices elevate their clinical efficiency and patient experience through cutting-edge technology and advanced equipment solutions.
Main Missions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting and needs analysis to solution design and final implementation.
- Conduct consultative B2B sales by identifying specific clinical, operational, and financial needs of dental practices.
- Develop and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers in the dental sector.
- Coordinate complex projects, including office renovations and equipment installations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to provide comprehensive post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic market planning and value-based selling approaches.
Profile Required
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, preferably within the medical or dental industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-level project coordination.
- Experience in managing office fit-outs, renovations, or technical equipment installations is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinker with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communicator capable of presenting complex technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
