Senior Associate – Wealth Management

About the role

This senior associate position is with an established wealth management team in Vancouver. The role is highly client‑facing, responsible for managing the day‑to‑day needs of multiple client households and supporting senior advisors on investment, tax and estate‑planning matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with client households.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate account‑related matters.
• Provide portfolio and investment updates to clients.
• Support conversations around tax and estate planning.
• Prepare client materials and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with senior advisors and other team members.
• Represent the team professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Several years of client‑facing wealth management experience.
• Relevant Canadian licensing and completed WME credentials.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
• Collaborative, team‑first attitude and strong work ethic.
• Interest in building a long‑term career with the team.
