Senior Associate III – Surgical Field Sales (Montreal North)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate III to support its Surgical Sales team across Montreal North, Southshore, Laval, Outaouais and Abitibi. You will partner with surgical accounts and eye‑care professionals to drive adoption of Alcon’s cataract and refractive technologies, combining clinical expertise with consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Surgical Account Managers to develop and execute account‑specific business plans for hospitals, surgical centres, clinics and ophthalmology practices.
• Provide clinical and technical education on intraocular lenses, advanced‑technology lenses, cataract and refractive procedures, and related diagnostic tools.
• Support customers with patient selection, biometry, power calculations, keratometry, lens selection, workflow considerations and reimbursement questions.
• Deliver product presentations and post‑launch training to build confidence and facilitate product adoption.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor key performance indicators and manage territory planning and travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary education.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical‑device or surgical sales.
• Fluent in both French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, analytical ability and consultative selling expertise.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
