Senior AI and Agentic Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI and Agentic Developer to design and deliver production‑grade Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) and agentic solutions that modernise enterprise workflows. You will work with Accenture’s Generative AI and LLM Centre of Excellence to turn business requirements into secure, scalable software components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and support end‑to‑end Generative AI, LLM and agentic applications following architecture guidance and delivery standards.
• Integrate tools, workflow actions and API connectors that enable agents to retrieve information, execute tasks and hand‑off to humans when needed.
• Create automated tests, evaluations and monitoring for prompts, retrieval quality, agent behaviour, security, latency, cost and production reliability.
• Collaborate in agile, cross‑functional teams and communicate technical trade‑offs to architects, product owners and client stakeholders.
• Customize and implement Gen AI models, orchestration frameworks and retrieval patterns to improve quality, reliability and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Advanced AI, LLM and Agentic AI developer or consultant.
• Strong understanding of the evolving Gen AI stack, including model selection, prompt and context engineering, advanced RAG and tool/function calling.
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into secure, scalable software components.
