About the role
Yealink is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own key customer relationships, drive retention and expansion, and work closely with the sales team to shape effective go‑to‑market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key account relationships, overseeing all commercial aspects including upselling and retention.
- Increase net retention across the portfolio and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with the Channel Sales Team to design and execute sales strategies and action plans.
- Lead the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation to deal closure.
- Act as the brand and product expert for key accounts, serving as a trusted business advisor.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in the Unified Communications (UC) industry.
- Proven ability to present to and interact with senior management.
- Strong understanding of channel partner structures.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees.
