About the role
The Sell In & B2B Customer Associate will manage daily operations for L’Occitane’s US and Canada sell‑in and B2B customers. Working closely with the Customer Service Manager, the associate ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and returns, providing prompt resolutions.
- Process orders, generate delivery documents, and manage invoicing in line with internal procedures.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to deliver accurate order status, acknowledgments, and tracking information.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and align operational metrics with customer satisfaction goals.
- Continuously improve order fulfillment processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reduce errors.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and support data integrity.
- Leverage EDI and emerging supply‑chain technologies to enhance customer collaboration.
- Escalate and resolve complex customer issues professionally.
