Security & Site Facilities Supervisor

About the role

The Security & Site Facilities Supervisor ensures a safe and efficient working environment on large construction projects, overseeing both security measures and the maintenance of site facilities such as the temporary bus loop, offices and common areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement security protocols to protect the construction site, personnel and equipment.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations and report findings to management.
• Oversee the subcontract for the security provider and manage vendors for site facilities, including all commercial aspects.
• Maintain and supervise the upkeep of site facilities such as the temporary bus loop, site offices, restrooms and common areas.
• Ensure all facilities comply with health and safety regulations and keep accurate records of incidents and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Security Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5‑10 years of experience in security management or facilities maintenance on large construction or industrial projects.
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s licence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
