Security Guard Supervisor

About the role

The Security Guard Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact during emergency situations and ensure smooth coordination across multiple security units. This role combines field supervision with administrative duties to maintain high standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for handling emergency incidents.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.
• Resolve operational problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity improvements.
• Supervise, schedule, and review the work of security guards and volunteer staff.
• Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Oversee office operations related to the security team.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid CPR, First Aid, Firearms Acquisition, and Security Guard licenses.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral communication, and reliable teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
