Seasonal Package Handler – Morning Shift (Mon‑Thu)

About the role

Join Intelcom | Dragonfly as a Seasonal Package Handler on the morning shift, working Monday to Thursday. In a fast‑paced warehouse environment, you will play a key part in moving parcels through our sorting stations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Manually load freight onto manual and powered conveyors.
• Use power or manual jacks to organize shipments and feed sort lines (training provided).
• Set up sorting areas according to the sort plan, then sort, scan, and handle parcels.
• Operate handheld devices and technology to scan and prepare orders.
• Place packages in designated zones for delivery or line‑haul teams.
• Stage sorted freight in the load‑out area and validate scans to reduce mis‑sorts.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets as needed.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections; lift up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• Ability to work a flexible schedule of at least three days per week (including one weekend day).
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and speed.

Required skills

• Operation of handheld scanning devices.
• Use of power/manual jacks for material handling.
