Logistics Coordinator

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Compile orders and instructions received from customers.
- Oversee and plan operational logistics of the organization.
- Track and complete work orders, coordinating activities with other departments.
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
- Prepare and submit reports, maintain work records and logs.
- Organize warehouse and work areas, keep track of shipments and inventory.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and follow‑up on work‑order issues.
Required profile
- Excellent oral communication.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organized, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
Required skills
- Electronic scheduler.
- Email and spreadsheet proficiency.
- MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Inventory control software.
- MS Windows and MS Office suite.
