About the role

AMI Paris is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to join the Yorkdale store in Toronto. Working under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will deliver a unique sales experience, build customer loyalty, and support store operations during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and identify their needs to provide personalized service.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets while fostering lasting relationships.
  • Manage stock processes including receiving goods, rotating inventory, and handling replenishment requests.
  • Provide product feedback to help optimise inventory levels.
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards, and actively participate in visual displays and rotations.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience selling luxury or designer goods.
  • Positive, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a commitment to meeting client needs.
  • Passion for fashion, good knowledge of current trends and the sector.
