About the role
AMI Paris is seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor to join the Yorkdale store in Toronto. Working under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will deliver a unique sales experience, build customer loyalty, and support store operations during the seasonal period.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and identify their needs to provide personalized service.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while fostering lasting relationships.
- Manage stock processes including receiving goods, rotating inventory, and handling replenishment requests.
- Provide product feedback to help optimise inventory levels.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards, and actively participate in visual displays and rotations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience selling luxury or designer goods.
- Positive, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Passion for fashion, good knowledge of current trends and the sector.
