Script Writer – Content Creator

About the role

The Script Writer is the voice behind Martell Group’s written content, crafting copy, captions, scripts, and other assets that perform across every platform. You will work closely with the Social Producer and Creative Producer to ensure written content aligns with visual direction, platform strategy, and audience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Write platform‑native captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Threads, creating hooks, CTAs, and engaging structures.
• Develop and refine scripts for YouTube episodes, short‑form videos, and branded content, including titles, descriptions, and SEO‑optimized metadata.
• Create promotional copy for episode launches, newsletters, campaigns, and paid ads in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while intelligently integrating AI tools to boost output and workflow efficiency.
• Support the Creative Producer with written briefs, outlines, and episode structures.

Required profile

• Strategic creative thinker who understands the impact of each word on brand perception.
• Ability to write in distinct brand voices without defaulting to generic or AI‑only content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and authenticity.
• Comfortable collaborating with visual and marketing teams to align messaging.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted writing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices for titles, descriptions, and metadata.
