Screen Print Operator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Screen Print Operator to join our Large Format department in Calgary. In this full‑time, onsite position you will own the screen‑printing process from set‑up through final finishing, ensuring high‑quality large‑format graphics for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and prepare production equipment for smooth, high‑quality print runs.
• Perform emulsion coating, exposure, and reclamation of screens.
• Mix Pantone inks and accurately match colours to client specifications.
• Operate M&R Saturn and M&R Renegade XL screen‑printing presses with precision.
• Apply clear coatings to enhance durability and finish quality.
• Assist the Finishing team with hand‑labour tasks such as applying tape, easels, hardware, grommets, and die‑cutting.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Minimum five years of experience in screen printing.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and ability to lift up to 25 lb regularly.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and committed to a safe, clean work environment.

Required skills

• Operation of M&R Saturn screen press.
• Operation of M&R Renegade XL screen press.
• Screen emulsion coating, exposure and reclamation.
• Pantone ink mixing and colour matching.
• Application of clear protective coatings.
