About the role
Alpha is seeking a results‑driven School Program Manager to lead character‑development initiatives for K‑8 students. You will combine data‑driven coaching with hands‑on workshops to maintain high expectations and drive measurable student outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate one‑hour live workshops on public speaking, focus, and feedback for K‑8 students using Alpha’s playbook.
- Conduct motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and the school‑currency/leaderboard incentive framework to achieve 100% goal completion.
- Coach Guides on program adherence and standards enforcement, generating actionable improvement plans.
- Manage your own student cohort to ensure coaching remains grounded in direct practice.
- Monitor weekly student satisfaction scores, goal completion rates, and Guide performance metrics to identify underperformance.
Required profile
- Strong results orientation and comfort with high expectations for students.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
- Ability to motivate and hold students accountable through structured feedback.
- Experience working with K‑8 learners in a coaching or mentorship capacity.
Required skills
- Experience using the Coachbot analytics platform.
