SAP S/4 Procure to Pay Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP S/4 Procure to Pay Lead to drive large‑scale transformation programs for its clients. You will combine deep procurement domain expertise with hands‑on SAP experience to design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end Procure to Pay processes.

Key responsibilities

• Kick‑start and lead SAP Procure to Pay transformation initiatives, whether domain‑ or platform‑driven.
• Participate in detailed design and build of the global SAP S/4 template, covering requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, and payment.
• Advise clients on fit‑to‑standard SAP Procurement processes and help them maximize business value.
• Set short‑term strategy, work closely with senior client and Accenture leadership, and negotiate key issues.
• Lead large teams or projects, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Leverage AI tools to reverse‑engineer legacy functionality, generate code, and configure SAP S/4 solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4 Procure to Pay transformations.
• Proven ability to engage senior managers and clients, building strong relationships.
• Charismatic, professional, and flexible with excellent listening skills.
• Deep domain knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
