Samples Management Assistant

About the role

Join a leading lingerie and swimwear brand as a Samples Management Assistant. You will support product development and quality control by handling the logistics, organization, and maintenance of all product samples throughout the season.

Key responsibilities

• Hang and label all incoming samples according to the product‑specific guide.
• File, organize, and maintain sample inventories for all product divisions.
• Open daily shipments from overseas suppliers and distribute samples to internal teams.
• Stamp samples with the current date and prepare weekly export packages, completing customs declarations.
• Coordinate sample logistics for photoshoots, tracking receipt dates and liaising with marketing.
• Assist the technical design team with sample requests for presentations and shoots.
• Support quality control by performing wash tests, entering data, and measuring samples.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative background with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and priority‑management skills.
• Bilingual in written and spoken English and French.
