About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Truck Mechanic to join our team in Montréal. The role involves inspecting, testing, and repairing truck‑trailer systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm findings with the supervisor to decide on repair or replacement.
- Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
- Review work orders and adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck‑trailer systems.
- Complete detailed reports documenting problems and work performed.
- Discuss work progress and issues with the supervisor.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience with truck or heavy‑vehicle maintenance.
- Availability for shift work, including day, night, weekend and overtime.
- Commitment to environmentally friendly practices and inclusive workplace initiatives.
