About the role
Aflac Inc is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to connect individuals and businesses with insurance solutions that provide financial security. In this role you will build relationships, educate clients on product offerings, and help expand Aflac’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Present and explain Aflac’s product portfolio clearly and persuasively.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to manage time effectively.
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license promptly if not already licensed.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
