About the role
Chit Chats Express is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its growing team in Alberta. You will be responsible for turning new business opportunities into active shipping clients, helping Canadian entrepreneurs ship globally with ease.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client shipping volumes, current carriers, pain points, and growth potential.
- Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance, and expected revenue.
- Prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries, and proposals tailored to each client.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager, Data, Product, and Operations teams to address complex pricing or service questions.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM and track all outreach activity.
- Coordinate hand‑off to Onboarding and Account Management for a smooth client transition.
- Provide feedback on client needs to inform product improvements and marketing campaigns.
