Sales Representative – B2B Supply Chain & Logistics (Ontario)

About the role

As a Sales Representative at Chit Chats Express, you will drive new business acquisition for our B2B supply‑chain and logistics services across Ontario. You will build relationships with prospective clients, understand their shipping requirements, and guide them toward cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess client shipping volume, carrier usage, pain points, and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, compliance, operational feasibility, and revenue potential.
• Prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries, and proposals tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Data, Product, and Operations teams to address complex pricing or service questions.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM and track all outreach activities.
• Coordinate hand‑off to Onboarding and Account Management for a smooth client transition.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate logistics and shipping solutions.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within supply‑chain or logistics.
