Regional Director, Regional Sales

About the role

The Regional Director, Regional Sales leads a front‑line sales team across a defined region, driving origination growth through broker relationships and delivering revenue and volume targets for Alternative and Reverse Mortgage portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee brokerage segmentation, ensuring optimal broker coverage and capacity balancing.
• Monitor regional performance, reallocate resources, and drive consistent sales execution standards.
• Lead performance calibration sessions, share best practices, and mentor sales reps to improve delivery.
• Partner with the VP of Sales to set regional targets, define growth strategy, and validate sales plans.
• Champion CRM usage and Power BI reporting to assess regional performance and guide decision‑making.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage regional budget, and coordinate broker‑facing events.

Required profile

• Highly organized individual capable of aligning teams to meet targets and increase market share.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to mentor sales representatives and resolve performance issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking visits, calls, and submissions.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and performance analysis.
