Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive membership growth. In this dynamic role you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and oversee daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed membership goals through effective coaching and training.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing members.
• Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing to optimize revenue.
• Conduct interviews and recruit qualified candidates to build a high‑performing team.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
• Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow‑up, and closing.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and targeting individual needs.
• Maintain personal sales production and book quality appointments to achieve monthly quotas.
• Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events to promote the club.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management or sales management within a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team development and leadership.
• Strong background in customer service, merchandising, and store operations.
• Skilled in negotiation, marketing, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities.
