Sales Consultant – Home Services (Winnipeg)

About the role

Keystone Water and Air is seeking motivated, customer‑focused Sales Consultants to join its Home Depot Home Services team in Winnipeg. You will engage Home Depot customers, educate them on water and air treatment solutions, and schedule in‑home consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, including cash handling and cashier duties.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required) to serve diverse customers.
• Own reliable vehicle for daily use.
• Experience in retail sales, direct sales, or product demonstrations.
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
