Sales Colleague

About the role

As a Sales Colleague at JYSK Canada you will be the front‑line ambassador for our customers, delivering fast and friendly service in a dynamic retail environment. You will help maintain an inviting store presentation while supporting customers in finding the right home‑furnishing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers and answer product‑related queries.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure the sales floor is well‑presented.
• Replenish stock, manage inventory on the floor, and handle merchandise using ladders and stock pickers.
• Assist with promotional (flyer) items and implement pricing changes.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and store standards.

Required profile

• High level of energy with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to work independently while seeking assistance when needed.
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
