Sales Associate – Retail Fashion

About the role

Ardene is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join its fashion retail team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep the store visually appealing, and help drive sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and product knowledge.
• Assist with merchandising displays, store cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Replenish stock, monitor floor inventory, and process incoming shipments.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process purchases.
• Follow all company policies and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong selling and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
