Sales Associate (Part‑time)

About the role

The Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service, merchandises, generates and processes sales, and maintains the store’s cleanliness and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge and re‑approach every customer while staying knowledgeable about products.
• Stay up to date on current sales and promotions.
• Assist in merchandising displays and keep the store clean.
• Replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock and process shipments.
• Process purchases at the cash register and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer‑service abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
