About the role

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests in selecting furniture and décor that fit their needs and style.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Develop relationships through phone calls, online leads, and in‑store interactions.
• Stay organized and follow through on all guest requests and orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or commission‑based environments.
• Results‑driven attitude with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb and remain active on the sales floor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
