About the role
COBS Bread is expanding its Calgary bakery and is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant Manager to join a small, customer‑focused team. This full‑time position offers a fun environment, on‑the‑job training, and clear pathways for career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular patrons.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Maintain product merchandising and support marketing campaign execution.
- Assist with bakery cleanliness, production tasks, and inventory handling.
Required profile
- Positive attitude, reliable and self‑motivated.
- Strong multitasking ability and a team‑player mindset.
- Willingness to learn new skills and enjoy working with people.
Required skills
- Experience operating a POS system.
