Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Sales Team in Vancouver. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining product information, and supporting promotional activities in a collaborative office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide knowledgeable support on product details, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with general administrative tasks for the Sales Team, including documentation and data entry.
• Support promotional activities for trade shows, events, and retail partners.
• Maintain and update price sheets and product catalogues to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating social media content.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Administration, and Warehouse teams.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as required to support the team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing considered an asset.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly research and understand products.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, positive, and eager to contribute to a team setting.
