Sales Assistant – Bakery Retail

About the role
Join COBS Bread as a Sales Assistant and become the friendly face of our bakery. You will help create a welcoming in‑store experience for loyal customers while learning the basics of baking and retail operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular patrons.
- Merchandise bakery products and support marketing campaign execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
- Assist with basic production tasks, including learning to bake.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Reliability, self‑motivation, and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Team‑player who enjoys interacting with people.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 22 kg and perform repetitive hand movements.
