Sales Activator – Trois‑Rivières

About the role

The Sales Activator will partner with Red Bull’s local Distribution Partner to drive trade execution and expand Red Bull’s presence across retail and impulse accounts in the Trois‑Rivières market. You will be responsible for opening new accounts, improving in‑store visibility, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Red Bull Perfect Store conditions and open new accounts with the Distribution Partner.
• Increase in‑store display points and enroll independent accounts in the Volume Incentive Program.
• Plan and lead seasonal trade‑blitzes to capture peak volume opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Distribution Partner to align daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
• Leverage market data to provide insights and act as a trusted advisor to key customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the consumer goods (preferably beverage) sector.
• Experience managing and motivating distribution partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales and trade‑marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and fluency in English and French.
