Route Supervisor

About the role

The Route Supervisor supports the Service Department by leading a district of routes, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Reporting to the District Manager, the role combines hands‑on route work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a productive district through training, daily check‑ins, and positive team culture.
• Assist the District Manager with customer visits, audits, new installations, and problem solving.
• Communicate policy changes, evaluate route organization, and maintain a professional image.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Service SOPs.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow all applicable laws.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and product mix to grow customer relationships.
• Perform Route Relief/Utility duties and act as a higher‑level RSR when needed.
• Upsell, cross‑sell, and sample services while monitoring competitive activity.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, age 21 + with a clean driving record.
• High school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and route sales abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good time‑management, teamwork, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to recognize product colors, sizes, types and perform accurate counting.
