About the role
SOV Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to lead on‑site teams in both commercial and residential projects. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating material and equipment needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production reports and other documentation.
- Supervise workers and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule roofing and shingle installation activities.
- Train staff or arrange for training as needed.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Recommend personnel actions and handle material requisitions.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work at heights outdoors.
- Willingness to work mornings, days, and weekends.
