RevOps Specialist – Sales & Marketing Operations

About the role
Cliniconex is seeking a RevOps Specialist to own the systems, data, and processes that drive demand and move deals forward. In this hybrid role you will manage prospect pipelines, marketing automation, forecasting, and budget tracking, shaping the revenue engine as it scales.
Key responsibilities
- Own prospect pipeline hygiene in Salesforce – stage definitions, deal aging, and close‑date accuracy.
- Build and maintain pipeline and funnel reporting, covering conversion, velocity, win rate, and coverage.
- Administer ActiveCampaign marketing automation, including campaign builds, nurture flows, segmentation, and deliverability.
- Manage the end‑to‑end lead lifecycle – capture, scoring, routing, qualification, and closed‑loop attribution.
- Integrate and troubleshoot the tech stack (Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, Zapier) and maintain data quality.
- Run weekly forecasting cadence, variance analysis, and scenario modelling for executive decisions.
- Track and report on sales and marketing budget, cost per lead, and CAC.
- Support territory, quota, and commission data, and partner with Channel Partnerships on partner‑sourced pipeline.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
- Hands‑on CRM administration experience (reports, dashboards, custom fields, flows).
- Proven ownership of a marketing automation platform (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with experience building forecast models.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) including pivots and lookups.
- Experience managing budgets and commercial metrics such as variance, CPL, and CAC.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
