About the role

Mountain Warehouse is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Team Leader for its Niagara Outlet Collection store. You will guide a dynamic team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales and operational targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative team culture, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain high shop‑floor standards, including stock presentation, ticketing, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing procedures, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Prioritise health and safety for employees and customers.
• Drive sales performance, motivating the team to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand positively and build community connections.
