Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Team Leader to join our store management team. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and the receipt and unpacking of shipments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Perform manager‑on‑duty duties, including break scheduling, time‑keeping, and attendance tracking.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean and safe.
• Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures, and support inventory processes.
• Participate in employee training, hiring, and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
