About the role
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead our store team at Marché Express in Boisbriand. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. You will work closely with staff to drive sales and keep the store running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including apprentices, temporary hands, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and coordinate their activities throughout the shift.
- Order merchandise, monitor stock levels, and authorize returns of merchandise.
- Establish work schedules, manage shift coverage, and ensure proper staffing.
- Manage cash handling, register operations, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work, including mornings, evenings, nights, days and weekends.
- Ability to meet language requirements (English or French).
