About the role
The Retail Store Manager will lead daily operations at our Hyde Creek Petro Canada location in Port McNeill. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store performance, meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily store operations.
- Manage staff, assign duties, conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer personnel.
- Analyze market research and trends to set pricing, credit policies and marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Oversee payroll administration and implement price and credit policies.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in retail or related field.
- Proficiency in English (or French) as required.
