About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Store Associates to join our HomeSense store in Nepean. In this part‑time role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their visit.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks and store cleanliness.
• Participate in training sessions and development programs offered by the company.

Required profile

• Approachable and customer‑focused with a positive attitude.
• Team player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues.
• Flexible and organized, able to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
