Retail Store Associate – Customer Service & Merchandising

About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced retail environment, delivering friendly and courteous service to customers while maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Stock shelves, label items, face products and keep the store clean and organized.
• Perform hole checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and able to interact positively with customers.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items for up to 8 hours.
• Capability to solve problems, adapt to challenges and make decisions in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
