About the role

Join the Winners team in Central Surrey as a Retail Store Associate. You will help create a welcoming environment for shoppers while developing valuable retail and customer‑service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist them throughout their shopping journey.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions accurately, and handle returns.
• Support fitting rooms, maintain merchandise presentation, and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Provide back‑room assistance, including stock replenishment and inventory organization.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
