About the role

We are seeking an energetic Retail Sales Manager to lead daily operations at our Silk Dinner Lounge & Restaurant in Vancouver. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing merchandise, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Direct, control, evaluate, plan, and organize daily retail operations.
Implement pricing and credit policies.
Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews.
Supervise office and volunteer staff.

Required profile

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Energetic, hardworking, good judgement, and a team player.
