About the role

Floor Concepts Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead daily store operations in Edmonton. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a small team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and control daily retail operations, planning and organizing activities.
  • Manage and assign duties to a team of 3‑4 staff members.
  • Analyse market research and trends to forecast demand and assess competitor impact.
  • Determine product and service assortments and develop marketing strategies.
  • Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and manage payroll administration.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, conducting performance reviews.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.

Required profile

  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 1‑2 years of retail sales or management experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and strong organisational abilities.
