Retail Sales Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

The Retail Sales Manager – E‑Commerce will lead daily store operations and drive online sales growth for Marché Épilys. You will oversee staff, manage budgets, and ensure a seamless customer experience across both physical and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily retail and e‑commerce operations.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily activities, budgets, revenues and expenses.
• Determine staffing needs, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Assign duties, supervise office and volunteer teams, and ensure compliance with operational standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 + years of supervisory experience in retail or e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English (and French if required by the posting).
• Availability for shift/on‑call work, early mornings, evenings, and overtime.
