Retail Representative – Sales & Merchandising (Part‑Time)

About the role

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is a Canadian‑owned leader in retail merchandising and in‑store execution. As a Retail Representative you will support top brands by creating attractive product displays, maintaining stock, and gathering retail data on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, modify and dismantle product displays according to detailed planograms, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Stock and arrange client products, install signage, and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos and provide regular updates using image‑recognition and scanning apps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the company’s representative on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Reliable, takes pride in work and presents a professional appearance.
• Previous merchandising experience in grocery, drug store or big‑box environments.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for reporting, photo capture and data collection.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.

• Proficient use of smartphone applications for in‑store reporting.
• Experience with image‑recognition and scanning technology.
