Retail Merchandising and Sales Representative (Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Retail Merchandising and Sales Representative to join our on‑site team in La Ronge. You will support top brands by setting up product displays, maintaining stock, and providing in‑store execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange items according to detailed planograms.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to client branding standards.
• Ensure products are well‑stocked, properly arranged, and ready for purchase.
• Install signage and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates using company systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as a company representative.
• Collect retail data using image‑recognition and scanning technology.

Required profile

• Reliable and takes pride in work.
• Familiar with merchandising in grocery, drug store or big‑box environments.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology for photo capture and app usage.
• Self‑starter who thrives under pressure and ambiguity.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $19 CAD.
• Flexible schedule, typically Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, with casual hours.
